DISC

As a DISC Advanced-accredited consultant, Accelerate Beyond Coaching uses DISC profiling to improve communication, performance, and team effectiveness. Upon completing a 10 minute questionnaire, individuals receive a comprehensive report detailing their work behaviours, habits, and styles as well as an action plan template to plan and implement the learnings.

Leaders will have a playbook to adjust their style to accommodate the diverse preferences within their team, enabling deeper connections & enhancing engagement, leading to improved results.
