Why Work With Me
I bring over 25 years of real leadership experience — leading multi-state teams, operating under commercial pressure, and being accountable for outcomes when there was nowhere to hide.
Alongside that, my background in the performing arts trained me to understand something many leadership models miss:
how identity, role, expectation, and perception shape behaviour — often more than logic or intent.
I’ve also lived through the moment where life forces a recalibration.
A diabetes diagnosis made it impossible to keep running old patterns without consequence.
It required discipline, behavioural change, honest self-assessment, and a long-term relationship with responsibility — not motivation.
That combination — leadership under pressure, identity work through performance, and personal behavioural change where the stakes were real — is what shapes how I work today.
