Cancellation Policy

Ts&Cs – Accelerate Beyond Coaching 1. Introduction:These Terms and Conditions govern all coaching services provided by Accelerate Beyond Coaching (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”, “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. 2. Services:We provide personal & professional coaching, including but not limited to:Personal & Professional coaching.Team and individual coaching sessions Our coaching supports growth & awareness. Coaching conducted by Accelerate Beyond Coaching is not therapy, counselling, nor does it provide financial or medical advice. 3. Coaching Sessions:Session length, format, and frequency are agreed before commencement. You are responsible for attending on time and creating a focused, distraction-free environment. 4. Payments & Fees Payment is required before or at booking, unless otherwise agreed in (AUD) & include GST where applicable.Unpaid sessions may be postponed or cancelled until payment is received. 5. Cancellations and Rescheduling:At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. If we must reschedule, you’ll be advised promptly & offered an alternative time. 6. Refund Policy: You maybe entitled to a refund for the unused portion. If a refund has been agreed upon, allow 3 business days of confirmation. Refunds are not issued for completed sessions or for missed appointments without 24 hours’ notice. Where coaching is part of a package, the refund will be calculated based on the remaining undelivered sessions. 7. Confidentiality All coaching conversations and shared materials are confidential. Information will only be disclosed with your consent, or if required by law, or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. 8. Results and Responsibility:Coaching supports your self-development & results depend on your effort, mindset, & actions. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes. You are responsible for decisions & actions arising from coaching. 9. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from coaching sessions. These Terms do not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law 10. Intellectual Property: All materials & resources provided remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written consent. 11. Governing Law These T&C's are governed by the laws of Vic,Australia
